Our web hosting accounts automatically include two web-based email clients, Squirrel Mail and Horde.  Keep in mind that web-based email can only see the emails that currently reside on the email server.  If you use an email client at home such as Outlook or Outlook Express, you should know that when you perform a Send/Receive, this removes the email from the web server and will no longer be accessible from a web-based email service.  Similarly, any emails you have sent from or deleted from your home email client will not be accessible from the email server.  With that in mind, here is what is available to you:

Squirrel Mail is a simple and easy to use email interface best used for quick, no-frills access to your email stored on the web server.  This interface is easily accessible even for the technologically-challenged.

Horde is a more advanced email client that includes features such as Calendar, To Do List, Advance Email Filtering, Whitelisting/Blacklisting, etc.  For those of you who want functionality similar to Outlook, but from a web-based client, this is the home for you.

To access your web-based email client, use any internet-connected computer:
http://www.YourDomain.com/webmail - substitue your domain in this link
You will be prompted to enter a username and password.  Your username is your entire email address, i.e. EmailName@YourDomain.com
Your password is whatever password you set up for your email account
On the next page, you will be prompted with several email configuration options.  To access Squirrel Mail or Horde, please click the appropriate icon.
